The Woolrich company dates all the way back to 1830, when founder John Woolrich began selling socks, blankets and other items to camp sites. From humble beginnings came one of the biggest producers of fleece apparel and accessories found anywhere. This company has the distinction of being the oldest woolen mill in the United States.
